Unique Vintage Solid 10k & Diamond Ring WIC

This is a really unique vintage ring from the 1990s or before. It was actually left to me in 1999 as part of a jewelry collection from my late relative. It's made of solid 10K white gold and has 12 little diamonds set in the face of the Ring. I was originally going to keep it because it's so unique but it's a little too showy for my taste. I believe the design is unisex. It's in great condition but could use a good cleaning and polishing to show a shoe beauty and make the diamond shine. It's a size 7 and it weighs 4.8 g.
